ROLE:

Sherry is at the heart of what sets Rylko apart. In her role as President/CEO, she is responsible for long-term strategic planning, business development, and general oversight of the firm from managing day to day operations to implementing strategic growth initiatives. Sherry ensures that every team member that Rylko attracts shares her passion for excellence, commitment to superior customer service, and core values.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

Sherry brings over 35 years of strategic marketing, business development, finance and sales operations management experience to Rylko. Her previous roles have spanned industries from high tech to enterprise software to outsourcing, and she has worked with companies at every scale, from internet start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Her previous accomplishments include successfully launching technology start-ups from initial concept through launch, including setup of sales operations for international product distribution.

SKILLS AND HOBBIES:

In her downtime, Sherry loves to spend time with her husband Steve and their two standard poodles Zahra and Stella. Together, they make the annual journey to “Poodle Day” in Carmel. She loves to travel and is always adding new destinations to her bucket list. She also enjoys working out, attending wine tastings, getting creative with interior design, gardening, trying new restaurants, and entertaining friends.
