Rylko’s team extended a variety of services to the project, handling not only General Construction and Project Management for the 7,000 square foot space, but also assisting with design when it came time to update the floor’s key bathrooms. New finishes in the elevator lobby ensure that the aesthetic of the space is apparent before even reaching their doors.

Rylko modernized the space through a combination of industrial finishes, like polished concrete floors and metal frame chandelier fixtures, and warmer touches, such as hand-cut tiles in the break area. The result is a welcoming office environment that will work for future tenants for years to come.
