Job Summary

The Rylko Builders team dove into an aggressive 16-week project deadline which including the permitting process under Covid restrictions. The project included the renovation of all 6 floors to create new office space for a new tenant specializing in electric vehicle manufacturing.


This historical building required special permitting and guidelines which the Rylko experts navigated during the pandemic, and was still able to meet the deadline. After managing the demolition and abatement, Rylko created the new conference rooms, restrooms, pantries, Title 24 compliant lighting and power, open office plan, acoustical treatments, and the fully upgraded M.E.P. system.
