When Summitry Financial made the decision to construct their new Corporate Headquarters in Foster City they reached out to Rylko Builders to modernize their 8,100 square foot space. The Rylko team provided a variety of services including comprehensive General Construction, Preconstruction and estimating as well as Design-Build Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services to improve design durations. Throughout the entire process, Rylko provided value engineering services that improved the schedule to allow for early occupancy.

Summitry’s culture required a light filled and modern office with tasteful finishes and acoustic treatments throughout. There are generous break areas and collaborative working areas strategically placed throughout the office to provide numerous options for client meetings or internal planning sessions.

Throughout the project, collaboration was a key component to achieving success. Rylko’s team worked in close partnership with Summitry’s furniture and telecommunications/data vendors to ensure the client moved into their new modern space without loss of productivity. The result is a welcoming environment that their clients can feel secure and safe in while discussing their financial needs.
